The luxurious Villa Spoleto is located approximately an hour and a half from Rome. It is a quaint medieval villa that was constructed in the 17th century on a spacious piece of land. Now a fully restored, luxurious private home, the owners are glad to welcome guests to spend a wonderful holiday here relaxing and enjoying the countryside. With 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 25 people. On site there is also a two- roomed cottage with the resident manager to assist with anything that the group needs from organising a chef, extra cleaning, to excursions.

A characteristic large open fireplace inside, designed in typical Umbrian style, gives you the opportunity to cook the wonderful foods of the region. The kitchen also features an old rotisserie, with estimates that it could be 400 years old.
The villa’s dining room has two large dining tables that easily seat 24 people but can be extended to allow for 30 comfortably. Outside in the courtyard area and built into the exterior wall there is another large BBQ. There are many places inside and outside the villa to relax quietly and enjoy some of the countryside in peace and quiet and unwind from the stresses of everyday life.
